'We make work Australians talk about'

When I arrived Clemenger BBDO was an iconic agency that had lost its luster. It had a very old and garish branding and lacked an identity.
So we landed on a brand purpose “We Make Work Australians Talk About” and a strategic approach “Reframe” that allowed us to get there.
To land all this we did a bold and confident new brand identity that leant into the agency’s history to give it some swag.
Not long after launching this it was subsumed by the new global positioning of BIG and the agency was folded into a sister shop as part of a consolidation of Omnicom agencies.
